Youth Overcomers Boot Camp!

You were created to be an overcomer. This course is designed to push you out of your comfort zone and cause you to break through the mindsets that keep you from freedom and the joys of overcoming.

This year’s course is intended to look more like a boot camp then a classroom. You will be camping outback at our WV Healing and Training Center property. You will need to bring a hammock or a tent. You will make some of your own meals over a campfire (food provided) and you will engage in activities intended to stretch you physically, mentally and spiritually!

 
You will discover the joys and struggles of being a team. You will face and conquer your fears and limitations. This is not a week to sit back and relax! This will be a week of surprises and adventure!

Are you in?

- Be willing to face semi-rugged conditions.
- Be ready to participate in 'Team Building' activities
- You will be motivated and challenged during classroom teaching times. 

- Be prepared to go out to eat for one meal.

Here is a list of the things you will need to bring. Remember, we will be in the mountains and roughing it with what is available!

You will need:

- Camping gear (tents, hammocks, sleeping bags, and pillows).

- Water bottles 

- Enough of clothes to last all week.

- Some clothing and footwear that can get wet and dirty.

- Dress code: Knee-length - No sleeveless

- Bring your coats. Even though it's September, it can get cold during the nights. 

- Bath towels and washcloths

- Hiking shoes 

- Camping chairs

- Toiletries 

- Bible

- Flashlight

- Cash to go out to eat for 1 meal

- Anything else you might need!
